This Privacy Policy explains how Antilles Digital Media collects, uses, stores, and protects information in connection with our website and Wedge, our marketing management and reporting platform (“Wedge” or the “Service”). It applies to the agencies and businesses that use Wedge, visitors to our website, and the advertising and analytics accounts they choose to connect.
Who this covers Wedge is used by Antilles Digital Media and by agencies and businesses that sign up to manage and report on their own marketing. When you connect an account (for example a Google, Meta, TikTok, or LinkedIn account), you authorize Wedge to access data from that account on your behalf for reporting inside Wedge. This policy also applies to any individual who visits our website or contacts us directly.
Information we collect Account information you provide when you sign up: name, email, business name, and login credentials managed through secure authentication.
Connected-platform data, accessed only after you grant permission through the platform’s own secure authorization (OAuth) screen. Depending on what you connect, this can include advertising performance (spend, impressions, clicks, conversions), website analytics, search performance, business profile data, and related reporting metrics for the accounts you connect.
Usage information about how you interact with Wedge and our website, used to operate and improve the Service.
Automatically collected information when you visit our website, including your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, and the date and time of your visit. This information is collected through cookies and similar tracking technologies.
Information you voluntarily provide when you fill out a contact form, subscribe to communications, or otherwise reach out to us, including your name, email address, and any message content you submit.
How we use information To display your and your clients’ marketing performance in your private Wedge dashboard and reports. To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Service. To communicate with you about your account and the Service. To respond to inquiries and provide customer support. To send administrative information, such as updates to our terms or policies. To analyze usage trends and improve the functionality and user experience of our website and Service. To comply with applicable laws and regulations and to enforce our terms and policies.
We do not sell your data. We do not use connected-platform data for advertising. We do not share connected-platform data with third parties except the subprocessors that help us run the Service (such as our cloud hosting and database providers), under contract and only as needed to provide the Service.
Google user data (Limited Use) Wedge’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We access Google data (such as Google Ads, Search Console, Analytics, and Business Profile) only to provide user-facing reporting features inside Wedge, only with your authorization, and we do not use it for advertising or transfer it except as required to provide or improve those features, to comply with law, or as part of a merger with adequate notice.
YouTube Data and API Services Wedge may access YouTube data through the YouTube API Services where you choose to connect a YouTube or Google account that includes YouTube access. Our use of YouTube API Services is governed by the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms) and the Google Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy).
Specifically regarding YouTube data: we access YouTube data only to provide reporting and analytics features within your Wedge dashboard; we do not store YouTube data beyond what is necessary to generate the reports you request; we do not use YouTube data for advertising targeting or share it with third parties outside of the subprocessors required to operate the Service; and you may revoke Wedge’s access to your YouTube data at any time through your Google account security settings at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and other platform data Where you connect Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, LinkedIn, or other advertising or social platforms, Wedge accesses only the reporting data needed to display performance in your dashboard, only after you authorize it, and in accordance with each platform’s developer terms and policies.
Cookies and tracking technologies We use cookies and similar technologies to operate our website, remember your preferences, and understand how visitors interact with our site. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, some features of the Service may not function properly without cookies. We do not use cookies to track you across third-party websites for advertising purposes.
How we store and protect information Connected-account access tokens are encrypted at rest. Access is restricted to the people in your organization you authorize and to our systems that provide the reporting features. We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews, to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Data retention and deletion We keep connected-platform data only as long as needed to provide reporting and as required for legitimate business or legal purposes. We retain website usage data and contact information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy.
You have the right to request deletion of your personal data and any data associated with your account at any time. To submit a deletion request, contact us at contact@antillesdigitalmedia.com. We will process verified deletion requests within 30 days and confirm completion. Upon deletion, we will remove your account data, connected-platform tokens, and any associated reporting data from our systems and instruct our subprocessors to do the same, except where retention is required by law.
You can also disconnect any connected account at any time from within Wedge, which immediately stops future data access and removes the stored access token for that platform. For YouTube and Google data specifically, you may revoke access directly through your Google account at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions, and we will delete any associated stored data within 30 days of that revocation.
